Before you send it
What if my numbers are already right?
If the reconciled variance is under 2% of your COGS, the audit tells you so in writing and the fee is refunded in full. A clean result is a valid result, and we will not manufacture a finding to justify a subscription.
Do I need to connect Amazon for the audit?
The audit reads your entry summaries and the invoices behind them, and compares the result with the cost you hold in Amazon. Connecting Amazon, read-only and revocable, is what a subscription adds: order-by dates, stockout cost and the cash curve.
My broker set up my ACE account. Is that a problem?
If your broker holds your importer number in their own ACE account, you cannot create your own until it is released, and the verification code may go to the broker’s inbox. It is the default after a long broker relationship. Tell us on the form and it is the first thing we sort out.
What happens after I send the form?
We read your answers, confirm the audit can run on what you have, and send the address to schedule your ACE report to. You are invoiced at that point, not before. The fee is credited in full against your first year if you subscribe within 60 days.
