CBP stopped collecting IEEPA duties on goods entered from 12:00 a.m. ET on 24 February 2026 (CSMS #67834313). Revision 19 still prints heading 9903.01.24 at +10% with no termination note. Duties paid before then are being refunded through CAPE. Source
