US tariff codes

What kitchen and home goods from China really pay in 2026

The tariff schedule’s general rate is the first layer, not the duty. Each code below carries its full stack — Section 232, Section 301 and the country tariff that took effect on 24 July 2026 — with every layer linked to the source it was read from.

China origin, entered on or after 24 July 2026. Verified 26 September 2026 against Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, Revision 19 (2026).

Where a code shows a range, the rate depends on the statistical line: Section 232 reaches only some lines, and where it does, the July 2026 country tariff does not. The code page shows which.

Classification is your licensed broker’s decision. These pages set out what the tariff schedule says about each code; they do not suggest a code for any product.
